Gateway Property was built in 2017 leasing to our first tenants in January of 2018. The intention is to offer small businesses who were currently operating out of their garage or basement, an affordable option to take their business to the next level.
The initial phase has 7 buildings, 3-2500 sq ft spaces, 6-1250 sq ft spaces and 1-10,000 sq ft building.In June of 2019 we completed 2 additional buildings. This includes RV Storage, and 2-4,300 sq ft shop spaces.
In January of 2020, 9 individual units each 700-800 sq ft opened. These include a heated shop, floor drain, bathroom, shop exhaust fan, 14’ overhead electric door, and walk in door.
